Traffic Offenses

When you are charged with a traffic offense, you can be assessed fines, receive points against your driver's license, and points against your insurance. If I represent you, I can help minimize all three of these areas. Usually, this will result in no points against your license or insurance. Many times, I can get your ticket dismissed.

Having points on your license can make it difficult to obtain certain jobs and can lead to the suspension of your driver's license. Having points against your insurance can cost you considerable money over time. In fact, increases from your insurance can last for up to three years from the time of your conviction.

The best way to handle your ticket will depend upon your driving record and what your are charged with. There is not a "one size fits all" solution. It is important that you have an attorney who is going to take the time to figure out the best way to handle your specific situation.
